SUPERVISOR, HEMATOLOGY AND CLINICAL CHEMISTRY
A graduate of Jamestown Community College (A.S.) and SUNY College at Fredonia (B.S.), Christy has been employed at UPMC Chautauqua since completing her clinical year in our own UPMC Chautauqua program in 1993. Christy has taken an active role in on-the-bench teaching of laboratory students throughout her career and in multiple departments as a generalist. As supervisor of our hematology department (2016) she is enjoying a more focused instruction and helping guide students. She is our supervisor of our hematology and chemistry departments.
